Title: Executive Assistant
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt / Part-Time
Department: Administrative
Reports To: Executive Director

services that impact the South Dallas community through affordable housing,
economic, and community development.
Position Responsibilities
• Provides day to day oversight and management for the general office
• Greets and check-in all visitors/guests, and ensures information is prepared meetings
• Answers phone calls, responds to inquiries; handles email management and calendar
• Coordinating meetings, conference call, interviews and/or site visits
• Maintain accounting software, posting receivables, preparing invoices, and
assistance in reporting information for preparation of monthly financial reports
• Receives and monitors intake forms, and reviews and processes requests for clients
• Maintains working relationship with partnering agencies, staff members and manages
through email, phone, and in-person
• Assists with other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
• Extremely Organized
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate
communicator with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project skills
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people
• Passion, idealism, integrity, positive attitude, mission-driven, and self-directed
• One – Three years of clerical or administrative experience
• Minimum High School Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, and/or Nonprofit
